  3. Cancellation Policy:
    You may cancel the services within 7 days of the agreed start date. If cancelled outside this window, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total project cost.
  4. Warranties and Guarantees:
    We offer a 10-year guarantee on roofing services, which are valid from the date of completion. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Limitation of Liability
H S Roofing LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. We are not responsible for any damage caused by third-party services or contractors hired during the course of our work.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
